What is the whimsical black girl creativity fund?

The Whimsical Black Girl Creativity Fund/Creative Scholarship will provide financial assistance for Black female identifying individuals who are embarking in creative endeavors These endeavors include, but are not limited to, assistance for a creative residency or internship, a scholarship for a program in the arts, or funding to carry out a creative arts project proposal. There are no spending restrictions, and this fund will serve as a means to help bring creative ideas or projects into fruition.
Interested applicants can submit:
A photo image of yourself
Your resume or CV
A 250 - 500 word description of your creative project/endeavor
A 250 - 500 word essay detailing your financial need, answering the question; Why should YOU be considered for this funding?
