The From the HeART Foundation is the philanthropic sister organization of Whimsical Black Girl. This outreach initiative exists to address the creative genius that goes untapped in Black communities. This discrepancy oftentimes due to the lack of access to adequate resources, materials, and spaces to explore creative arts, as well as the lack of opportunity. Our mission is to close these gaps by offering Black womxn practical and intellectual opportunities to explore visual arts, working towards our goal of building racial and gender equity within the field of visual arts. We aim to equip, empower, and build the creative confidence of the communities that we serve.
